I helped my sister find a lawyer to represent her in the court of law. She was summoned to court by her boyfriend for child custody. I visited several sites and read reviews to make my determination. What caught my attention that led me to convince my sister to hire Attorney Cedillos is the humble spirit he portrayed responding to a negative review. Unlike other attorneys who want to look good by responding negatively towards their previous clients who left them negative reviews, Attorney Cedillos apologized that he wasn’t able to meet his client’s satisfaction. I’m glad my sister ended up hiring Attorney Cedillos. I was with my sister when she met him for the first time. He was upfront with his expectations and laid out timelines as I expected it to be. He was also responsive to requests we made. He arrived on time at the court and provided the necessary advice to obtain the best results for my sister and her children. My sister won sole legal and physical custody with visitation rights to her baby daddy. Being apart from her kids during visitations was very difficult in the beginning. My sister have always been with her children. Attorney Cedillos made follow-up phone calls to make sure everything was okay and moving along according to court documents. At one time when it seemed that the kids’ best interests were not being addressed during visitation, Attorney Cedillos offered to reach out to the other attorney to make things right. To top it off, he returned unused attorney fees. I would personally hire Attorney Cedillos if I ever needed a lawyer. I would also recommend him to friends and family if they ever needed one. Both he and his assistant, Betty, are pleasure to work with. While Betty was instrumental in helping my sister craft a response to false allegation against her, Attorney Cedillos knows his way around the court without wasting time and money.
